Sarah Dewhurst

Sarah is a Registered Legal Executive in the wider Property and Commercial team, working alongside Georgina Smith.

Born and raised in Tauranga, Sarah joined Holland Beckett’s Tauranga office in 2009 as an office administrator and has progressed through the firm with a variety of roles whilst also completing her studies. Sarah’s main focus is acting for some of the firm’s larger builder & developer clients in respect of their various developments, subdivisions and land & build packages. Sarah is experienced in residential conveyancing and subdivision matters, as well as Wills, Trusts and estate planning issues.

Sarah obtained her NZ Law Society Legal Executive qualification in 2014 and became a Registered Legal Executive in 2016.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys the beach and spending time with her family, and is a long-time member of both the Tauranga and Wellington competition Pipe Bands.
