Bridget Buckthought is a law clerk in our family law team.
Bridget joined Holland Beckett as a summer clerk in 2024/2025 and has returned after completing her conjoint Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Art a the University of Waikato. She is currently in the process of finishing her last Honours dissertation for her law degree and is excited to apply her research in practice under the mentorship of Rebecca Savage, Leesa Speed and the wider Holland Beckett family law team.
Originally from the Tutukaka Coast in sunny Te Tai Tokerau – Northland, Bridget is looking forward to exploring all that the Bay of Plenty has to offer and getting involved in the wider community. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending concerts, and walking around the city.
