About the Roles:
Role #1 – Litigation Legal Secretary
You will work within a friendly, collegial team managed by two Partners across a range of work. This is a full-time role that will provide administrative support to a busy team so you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills. You will work alongside a mix of junior and senior lawyers.
Role #2 – Corporate Legal Secretary
This role will support the legal work as well as provide administration support to a busy team so you will need to have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, organisation and administrative skills and have transactional experience in corporate and finance teams. You will be working alongside three partners and six lawyers with various levels of experience.
What we are looking for:
- A positive and hardworking attitude;
- To be a team player who will build loyalty and relationships within the team;
- Incredible administrative skills and strong competency in technology and internal systems;
- Great attention to detail;
- Great communication skills to work with internal and external people.
You will be accountable for:
- Supporting a wide range of administrative tasks across the team;

- Juggling a number of priorities on any given day.

We are looking for individuals with:
- Proven experience as a legal secretary within a busy law firm;
