About the Role 
This opportunity is somewhat unique due to the level of quality Court time, working on some of the most exciting cases. For this reason, we are seeking applicants who consider themselves to be rising stars in the profession. In return, we are offering a package that will be market leading. 
You would be part of an expert litigation practice, with over 20 contentious litigators who are driven but team focused. The role would involve a diverse range of litigation work, such as civil, commercial, criminal, public law/regulatory, sport, trust, estates, and insolvency disputes. Within this wide range of challenging work, we litigate in all court and tribunal levels, as well as mediated and arbitral processes. 
You will gain both client facing and court experience for top tier clients. Role #2 
You will work within an energetic and collegial team managed by a Partner across a range of work including: 
  • Development funding. 
  • Developments - land acquisition, due diligence, structuring and pre-sale agreements.  
  • Commercial property - acting for landlords/property owners – acquisitions, disposals, structuring and leasing.  
  • Residential and commercial conveyancing.  
  • Subdivisions – both residential and commercial.  
  • Some asset protection. 
Both teams comprise of a mix of Lawyers, Legal Executives and Support Staff at differing stages of their careers.   
What we are looking for:  
  • NZ admitted lawyers with 3+ years PQE;

About the role: 
As the Trust Administrator you will be responsible for completing a review of all Trusts, developing, maintaining and implementing the trust administration process in conjunction with the Trust Committee and carrying out compliance requirements. You will report to the Trust Committee on compliance and maintain current client relationships and meet with clients as required.  
What we are looking for: 
  • Trust Administration experience – Expert knowledge in Trust issues and Trust structures 
  • Initiative and the capacity to work unsupervised 
  • Ability to manage time and to prioritise effectively
