About the role:
We are seeking a Legal Executive or Conveyancer to join our busy and well-regarded Tauranga team. This is a varied and hands-on role working across a range of property matters, with flexibility depending on your experience and area of interest.
You will work closely with our Partners and Lawyers, while also managing your own files and building strong client relationships.
- Residential and commercial conveyancing transactions
- Refinancing and lending matters
- Subdivisions and developments
- Commercial leasing, including drafting and advising on agreements
- Due diligence and reporting
- Managing files from instruction through to settlement
About you:
- Experience as a Legal Executive and/or Conveyancer, ideally in property work
- Strong conveyancing experience and knowledge of Landonline processes
- The ability to manage files independently from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
- The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset
