Michael Blakeley

At Holland Beckett, Michael works in the Corporate and Finance team assisting on a wide range of commercial transactions.

Michael began his career in the United Kingdom working in banking and finance, as well as in corporate law specialising in M&A.

Returning to New Zealand in 2021 to complete his professionals, Michael worked in a large Auckland law firm and specialised in commercial litigation. Michael joined Holland Beckett in November 2023.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys getting outdoors and adventuring New Zealand.  Having recently moved to Tauranga with his wife, they intend to make the most of the coastal lifestyle on offer in the Bay of Plenty.
