Alysha Gill is a Solicitor in Holland Beckett’s property and commercial team.
Alysha joined Holland Beckett in 2026 as a Graduate Law Clerk after completing a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at the University of Waikato. During her studies, she gained practical legal experience working as a law clerk for a criminal defence barrister and as a volunteer caseworker at Community Law Waikato.
Alysha assists with a wide range of matters, including:
- Residential and commercial sale and purchase transactions
- First-home buyer transactions and KiwiSaver withdrawals
- Commercial leasing
- Property financing and security
- Wills, enduring powers of attorney and estate planning
- Trust administration and trust wind-ups
Having grown up in Tauranga, she is pleased to be building her legal career in the Bay of Plenty and assisting clients with a wide range of property and commercial matters.
Outside of work, Alysha enjoys spending time with family and friends, participating in social sports, and attending the occasional dance class.
