Ella Thomson is a Solicitor in our corporate and finance team.
Ella joined the corporate team at Holland Beckett in early 2025 after completing her studies at Victoria University of Wellington. She is assisting the team with corporate due diligence, regulatory compliance, and contract drafting and review for complex business transactions.
Ella was born in London and lived in Sydney prior to moving to New Zealand. Outside of work she enjoys travel, pilates and spending time with her whānau.
