Grace Marshall

Qualifications

  • LLB, BA (Politics) University of Otago 2019
  • Admitted to the Bar of New Zealand July 2020

Grace is a solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Holland Beckett Law working with Simon Collett.

Grace grew up in Whakatāne, but has spent time throughout the Bay of Plenty. She joined Holland Beckett Law after spending two years at another local firm.

Prior to this, Grace spent five years at the University of Otago where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Politics). During her degrees, Grace spent a semester studying at the University College of Dublin.

Grace specialises in a range of commercial and property matters including:

  • Residential, rural and commercial property conveyancing;
  • Build contracts;
  • Commercial leasing;
  • Subdivisions;
  • Business sales and purchases; and
  • Share sales and purchases.

In her spare time, Grace is working towards her Level Two Te Reo Māori Certificate through Toi-Ohomai and playing hockey for the Mount Maunganui Hockey Club.
