Grace is a Senior Solicitor in our property and commercial team.
Grace recently returned to Holland Beckett after spending the past three years in London working as in-house Commercial Legal Counsel.
As part of Joel Murphy‘s team, Grace assists clients across a range of property and commercial matters, including:
- Residential, commercial and horticultural property transactions
- Commercial leasing
- Trust establishment, restructuring, administration and succession planning
- Business acquisitions, disposals and corporate transactions
- Finance, lending and security arrangements
- Renewable energy projects
Originally from Whakatāne, Grace has strong ties to the Bay of Plenty and is passionate about contributing to the region’s ongoing growth and development.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys travelling and spending time outdoors.
