Jacqui joined Holland Beckett Law in 2006 and is a Legal Executive in the Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.

Jacqui specialises in civil litigation, including contractual disputes, debt recovery (corporate and individual), liquidations, bankruptcies and enforcement of judgments. She has extensive experience acting for corporate lenders enforcing their statutory and contractual rights under the Property Law Act 2007. Jacqui regularly prepares and manages both High Court and District Court civil proceedings, in particular summary judgment and possession order applications. Clients appreciate Jacqui’s efficiency and attention to detail.

Jacqui has over 22 years within the legal industry. She grew up on her parents’ dairy farm in the South Waikato before undertaking her tertiary studies at Waikato Institute of Technology. In 1999 Jacqui began her career in a large Hamilton law firm where she worked for two years before moving to Tauranga. Prior to joining Holland Beckett Law, Jacqui was employed for five years in another Tauranga law firm where she gained valuable experience in property and commercial transactions.
