Preparing and negotiating contracting out agreements.
Advising on division of relationship property, including complex matters involving companies and trusts.
Acting for clients in estate claims.
Assisting with applications under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988, in relation to individuals who have lost mental capacity.
Representing clients in parenting and guardianship matters, with a focus on the welfare and best interests of children.
Providing guidance and advocacy in cases involving family violence, including the application for and defence of protection orders.
