Monique is a solicitor in our property and commercial team.
After finding her passion for property law at university, Monique has a wide experience advising clients on commerical property transactions, with a particular enthusiasm for sale and purchase transactions, subdivisions, leasing, property financing, and property-related aspects of corporate transactions.
After 3 years in Bell Gully’s Project and Real Estate team in Auckland, Monique decided to move to Mount Maunganui and join Holland Beckett in July 2025 to enjoy a lifestyle by the beach and be closer to family.
Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and trying the newest local restaurants.
