Sam is a solicitor in Holland Beckett’s family law team.
Sam has been practising family law since her admission to the Bar in 2023, having also gained experience in the area as a law clerk for a year prior to her admission. She specialises in assisting clients through separation, drafting contracting out agreements (pre-nups), and drafting applications under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988. She can also assist with estate, care of children, and family violence matters.
Sam grew up and studied in the Waikato prior to commencing her legal career in Tauranga.
