Stephanie Berkahn (Ball)
Qualifications

- Admitted to the Bar in New Zealand in 2014
Stephanie is an employment specialist. She advises both employer and employees on both contentious and non-contentious employment related matters, including employment agreement and policy drafting, restructuring, sale and purchase of businesses/shares, personal grievances and disputes. Stephanie also maintains a general civil litigation case load.
Prior to joining the team at Holland Beckett Law in July 2021, she spent three years in London where she worked in the employment teams at two of London’s magic circle firms. As a lawyer in a global firm, she worked with large corporate clients and was involved in cross-border transactions. During this time, she also completed a secondment in the employment team at a global financial institution. Before moving to London, Stephanie worked in Auckland as a senior solicitor at a boutique firm where she specialised in employment law.
Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts conjoint degree at the University of Waikato.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
