Terry Kirkham

Terry works in the land and commercial law areas. He joined Holland Beckett in 2019, and is based in Rotorua and Taupo. Prior to joining Holland Beckett he practised in Taupo for 10 years.

Terry’s work includes rural property and businesses, trusts, commercial and family property, tax, and business and family succession. He applies a pragmatic but analytical style particularly to complex or dispute matters.

With a father in the RNZAF, Terry’s early life was spent at various air force bases in New Zealand and Fiji. He attended Pompallier College in Whangarei and St Peters College in Epsom.

Terry is a keen Masters swimmer in pool and open water competitions. He maintains his interest in cycling and triathlons as a volunteer for Cycle Challenge and Ironman events. He has an interest in classic cars and boats.
