Megan Exton

Megan is a solicitor in Holland Beckett Law’s Environment and Resource Management team.

Megan works in all areas of environment and resource management law, with particular experience in resource consent applications and plan changes, and is currently handling files in relation to applications under the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011. Megan also specialises in local government work, and her work in this area has included reviewing long term plans throughout the country and lodging submissions, regularly drafting LGOIMA requests, and providing rating advice to local authorities.
